If you have already started or submitted an application, you may use the secure form below to upload any pending admissions documents. All materials submitted during this period will be securely stored and processed by the UMHS Admissions team when operations resume on January 2, 2026.

New Applicants

New applications may be started when the UMHS application portal reopens on January 6, 2026.

**Applicants who have a PDF copy of their Common Application may apply immediately by securely uploading it using the form below and have their application fee waived.
