📝 Apply with your AMCAS, AACOMAS, OMSAS, or TMDSAS Application

If you have already completed a common application through AMCAS, AACOMAS, OMSAS, or TMDSAS, you may use a PDF version for consideration at UMHS and have your application fee waived.

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Enter your email above to begin the application process. You will be prompted to create your UMHS application account.

2. Indicate that you have applied through AMCAS, AACOMAS, OMSAS, or TMDSAS and choose your intended start term.

3. Follow the instructions in your portal to upload your common application (PDF).
   
   

Once submitted, your file will begin processing and our Application Team will contact you with the next steps. We accept downloaded common applications from:

• AMCAS (American Medical College Application Service)

• AACOMAS (American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service)

• OMSAS (Ontario Medical School Application Service)

• TMDSAS (Texas Medical and Dental Schools Application Service)
